Few can match the combination of machinery and experience that give us top performance with the most exotic, demanding precision grinding projects. Employees at Monsees Tool & Die can grind hard coat aluminum and titanium to tolerances of 1 micron profile and 1.5 microns size. Our surface grinders can tackle sizes up to 16 x 28 inches. We also have highly accurate jig bore grinders and cylindrical grinders that are capable of both inside and outside diameters up to 9 inches. |
